I hear you ask what are the benefits? Well SSD’s is memory storage, have you ever opened an application which took say 10seconds to load, closed it and then reopened right away for it only to take less than 2 seconds to load? This is because your computer will put the application into memory and store it there for fast retrieval. So having your Operating System on an SSD makes good sense because everything will load noticeably quicker.
